TERMS OF SERVICE:

  • Cruz Language Academy website is an e-commerce platform where students can book Spanish language services online. These language services are:

    1:1 Virtual Private Lessons for kids, adolescents, and adults.

    Kiddos Lingua: After School Program.

    Spanish Summer Camp

 

  • Cruz Language Academy offers language services to a large audience from 5-year-old children to adults, and students in K-12 General Education, Special Education, Adult Basic Education, and Higher Education (college/university students). All language services are only available as PREPAID options.

 

  • Cruz Language Academy asks students to book language services in advance to guarantee teacher’s availability.  It means clients must book lessons or after-school program tuition at least 72 hr. in advance of the session's date. If a student books a session suddenly, we DO NOT guarantee the teacher's availability for the student's desired date.

 

  • Cruz Language Academy will provide the language service booked in a timely and professional manner assigning the student a certified Spanish teacher. The teacher and student will arrange a time for the lessons.

 

  • For lessons/tutoring, students are expected to commit to at least 1hr. 30min. lesson weekly, have good attendance and complete all assignments oriented by the instructor. 

 

  • Private Lessons are held online as live lessons, 1:1 for adults through Zoom.

 

  • Credit is valid for 1 month after purchase. In the student is unable to start the lessons within the first month, 100 % of the CREDIT will be refunded. NO store credit is kept.

  • Payment methods: credit cards, checks, money orders, cash. Bounced checks are subject to a $20 additional fee.

 

  • Cruz Language Academy's Reschedule Policy: 48 hr. in advance. Otherwise, the credit for the session is lost.

 

  • Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use "Pay Tuition" bottom on this website. Only parents of minors can make financial transactions on their behalf.

 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferible Credit.

 

  • Cruz Language Academy reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change our Terms of Service at any time, and refrain to provide service to any client for any reason. If you continue using our Services it means that you comply with this policy and accept any future changes.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of California, USA.
